Hi Mathew, 2.6.26 has seen Generic C implementation of Semaphores for better for maintainability, debuggability and extensibility. Can you please let us know whether you used/developed test cases to test this generic implementation ? If yes, can you kindly share them with LTP under GPLv2. Let me also point out that we already have test cases in LTP for testing semaphores to the maximum extent: http://ltp.cvs.sourceforge.net/ltp/ltp/testcases/kernel/ipc/semaphore/, and, http://ltp.cvs.sourceforge.net/ltp/ltp/testcases/kernel/ipc/ipc_stress/.
Would you able to point us to see if other areas in Semaphore testing needs to be done/included.
