It wouldn't belong under filecaps, but some tests of proper behavior with and without securebits_noroot and setuid_fixup and the locking of those bits would be useful. If there are people looking for tests to write, I'll gladly help them get off the ground. I can't make any promises of when I would get to writing them myself though.
