Looks like it is using a different approach with Kdump. It only work for
IBM power machines with particular firmware, and have nothing to do with
Xen Hypervisor. From its TODO list,

  Still working the kdump team to integrate this with kdump,
  some work remains but this would not affect the current
  patches.

Until it has been finished, I don't think there is anything I could add
tests for it in Kdump suite.
