If there is any code open for the community and does not contain the GPL declaration, then there is a possibility by which the code can be made part of other project(s) like LTP. Instead of including the GPL (or later) definition in each and every source code of those test code, the following approach will be far more efficient: The Author of those test cases, or, whoever having Copyright to those code, can reply to this mail (To: [email protected]) with the following statement that: 1) The Authors of the Source Code (who has contributed or has Copyright/copyright) available for download, at the following location: https://sourceforge.net/projects/crackerjack https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=177476 has no problem in allowing this code to be re-used under GPL (or later versions) by any party. And hence a DCO Sign-off from them like: 2) Signed-Off-By: XYZ <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, in similar lines we send patches to the mailing lists.
