I think you would have created the patches before Thu Feb 26 07:19:28
2009 UTC, after which Matt Helsely has added the Freezer Controller
tests. 

Can you please rebase these patches against the latest LTP CVS and
resend me. You would need to do that for 2 files alone:

patching file testcases/kernel/controllers/test_controllers.sh
