Due to some issues in the build system, the NOVEMBER 2009 month end
release was not behaving expectantly. Now, with most of the issues gone,
you should be able to:
1. Build error free,
2. /opt/ltp/testcases is back after make install, and i can run the
tests on my system well (Linux 2.6.18-92.el5 #1 SMP Tue Apr 29
13:16:12 EDT 2008 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux),
A new tar ltp-intermediate-20091209.tgz is available at
http://ltp.sourceforge.net/ for download. Just a few words. Every new
feature(s) takes time to stabilize. And, we are already thankful to
Garrett/Mike for trying to address issues for so many divergent
archs/distros/kernel-versions.
Even the Linux kernel is not error free on all architectures against all
the config options. Just do a randconfig build, and, you will see how
many build errors it throws. Please be a little patient to get this new
build system to stabilize.
Regards--
