It would be an extremely bad idea as this is the preferred
end-user facing means of executing LTP, so I don't think that this
should be done. FWIW there would be nothing really gained from this
other than the name change, which would force folks to `retrain' any
end-users supported as well as their tools to deal with the legacy vs
new naming scheme.
