All the mce-test suite files are in ltp now. We will provide mce-test patches from kernel.org mce-test repository in future periodically. thanks Garrett.

I realized I was missing files with a few commits after doing patch -p1 so I went through and did damage control later on. Please check the latest revision to see if it contains all the files you want.
