    Agreed. `liboom' shouldn't be a library. It can be moved to the
directory, one can apply FILTER_OUT_SRCS on oom.c (might be better to
rename it to oom_common.c for clarity), then make sure both the
oom_common.c and testcases link together into the final testcase.
    Quite simple and there are a handful of examples that I did
(example: testcases/kernel/containers/netns/Makefile).
