Sorry for confusion. I created "ltp-full-20120614" first but later 
created one more directory ltp-20120614 (to match with the current 
directory naming conventions) and did release with this second tarball. 
I should have removed "ltp-full-20120614" after release to avoid 
confusion to others. I have removed it and only ltp-20120614 persists now...
