Sure, but we decided to serve both files the .bz2 and .xz for compatibility with older distros. But the bz2 had historically wrong suffix (missing the .tar). I would like to have that one fixed too, and from what I can say the sourceforge serves me still the ltp-full-20130503.bz2.
