Hi,

If I run this as a user it fails:
$ ./mmap14
mmap14      1  TFAIL  :  mmap of mmapfile failed: errno=EAGAIN(11): Resource 
temporarily unavailable

should we add tst_require_root() to setup() so that we don't have to worry 
about ulimit on locked mem?
