Do you know what the deal is here?  Why are we giving up a syscall name?
Did Linux discontinue use of those, and if so, when?  I.e., couldn't
ltrace legitimately be run on a kernel that still uses system call
number 17?  (We need at least a 2.6 kernel to run.)
