I get this a lot too and it seems to be with the same card your seeing. Now
what cable are you unplugging??? And when?

Are you just unplugging the cable for 5 seconds while the machine is on but
after you start getting the error? Or are you unplugging it for 5 seconds
after you've gotten the error and turned the machine off then trying again?
