I think I had the same problem till I changed the exports file this way:
#/tftpboot/lts/ltsroot 192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0 ro,no_root_squash)
/tftpboot/lts 192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0(ro,no_root_squash,insecure)
with this config it worked
