Philippe it appears that you are suffering from the same problem that
Hereward  was. 

See if you can' t move your NIC to a different slot. If that doesn't work
see if you can't remove something (if you have a extra card in there you
don't need or can do without for a minute or two.) 

Check to see if you can move jumper settings on the NIC and or a video card
(other periphial card) 

The problem is that you have an IRQ or memory conflict in there somewhere
