Are you trying to use bootp and dhcp? I thought it is either one or the other. I have been wrong before. I see no need to use bootp. looks like tftp is not working though. Test it by transferring something on the linux box. Is the ws listed in /etc/hosts? Is this correct? "yourdomain.com"
