I'm using an etherboot floppy image.  When it loads the kernel, it gives a "CPU#0: Machine Check Exception" over and over again, and will not boot.  I've seen this before -- I just need to pass "nomce" to the kernel.  How do I do that?  I tried -DUSRPARMS, but it never asks for the parameters.
