in modules.devfs it looks like that:
# Serial ports
alias /dev/tts* serial
##alias /dev/ttyS* /dev/tts
alias /dev/cua* /dev/tts
since modules.devfs is included in devfsd.conf /dev/ttySX are not aliased.
