I concur.

What you want to be loading is a kernel (either custom made or one from
LTSP) you can download the kernel RPMs from ltsp.org

The one you want if your running the 2.08 of LTSP is
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/ltsp/lts_kernel_ne2000-2.2-0.i386.rpm

It will place a file in you /tftpboot/lts dir called something to the effect
of vmlinuz.ne2000

Then in your dhcp config replace you line that tells pxebin to load with the
vmlinuz.ne2000 and restart DHCP restart you server and BAMMM!!!!

You are telling Etherboot to load a pxelinux binary. This makes no
sense. pxelinux and Etherboot are different ways of doing the same
thing; you NEVER use them togther.

Etherboot boots (NBI packaged) OS kernels; use "filename" in dhcpd.conf
to load the appropriate NBI packaged kernel from ltsp.org, NOT pxelinux.
