Yes, still using the kernel that I built for version 2.0.8. This is a rather important 
change that should possibly be in the manual. I could find nothing about devfs during 
my hair pulling today. So what I need to do is to build a new custom kernel using the 
package supplied (I am booting from floppy so your shipped kernels do not work for me)
