Sounds like you problem are to do with your server and not ltsp.
What distro are you running?
What desktop are you running (Gnome, KDE, etc)?
Where are you getting mozilla from?
and what version of mozilla are you trying?
I've just set up a redhat 7.1 box as a server, and we upgraded to
mozilla-0.9.6 from the redhat rawhide files without incedent.
But having followed the development of mozilla with some interest,
there's some nasty little bits that can pop up so tell me what you've
got and I'll try and assist.
