Vladimir, If you are using LTSP 3.0 or 2.09preX, then you can put your custom XF86Config file in the /opt/ltsp/i386/etc directory.
Make sure you call it something other than 'XF86Config'. Something like 'XF86Config.ws001'. Then, in the lts.conf file, add an entry like this: XF86CONFIG_FILE = XF86Config.ws001 put that in the [ws001] section, and the ws001 workstation will use that file. You can do the same with older versions of LTSP, but the directory is /tftpboot/lts/ltsroot/etc instead.
