I had the same problem. I am in Europe, maybe this explains why there is a
problem. I tried to use wget to see what happens and it seems that the other
side close the connection. It seems that there is no way to resume download
from the point it sopped with http, and I wasn't able to get the ltsp binaries
frop source forge. The ftp site worked well.
