Jim,

I can move the ltsp tree aside and install the complete package from RPMs.
I'll uninstall the sound RPM first. I'm just not sure if the many libraries
and modified scripts (e.g. /etc/, /usr/X11R6/, etc) will be damaged. It's
hard to keep track of all of them. I would get the RPMs from ltsp.org and
use the sound from K12LTSP. If you think this would be a bad idea, please
let me know.

The system does work pretty well except for the sound and opengl
limitations. I also seem to need to boot it an extra time once in a while.
This may be because I have a dhcp server in my router plus the one in the
linux server.
