Have you looked at the thread I started on this list on 12/28 at 7:18pm? Jim and Conrad's advice was dead on. If you have the same problem I had, you need to get DHCPD 3 (make and install were simple uner Rh 7.2). You need to configure it to point to one image for the PXE loading stage, then another for Etherboot.
