Have you looked at the thread I started on this list on 12/28 at 7:18pm?
Jim and Conrad's advice was dead on.
If you have the same problem I had, you need to get DHCPD 3 (make and 
install were simple uner Rh 7.2). You need to configure it to point to 
one image for the PXE loading stage, then another for Etherboot.

It's working beautifully for me!
