I initially formatted an ext3 file system and could not even build a
kernel that would see the filesystem. No ext3 options in upto 2.4.9 !
But my LTSP does work with 7.2 RH and
Exported NFS should NOT know about the basic FS format.
So I think that ext3 is not the issue, but wait to see what anybody else
has to say :-)
