Jim,
The server has a rtl8139 network card and video Sis6326.
I just installed Redhat 7.0, then the dhcp-2.0-12 and the rpm core, kernel,
x-core and x-fonts. Then run the ltsp_initialize command. Change the
dhcpd.conf with the Mac of the workstation. That's the only this that I
change from the files.

You don't create the dhcpcd-eth0.info file. that
should be getting created automatically during the
boot process.
Tell us about your setup.
What kind of network card ?
What distro on the server ?
