We have succeeded in getting LTSP based ICA Clients working with sound,
but I do not believe that the RDP protocol has any support for sound at all.

First of all, you need to get sound to work for the ltsp client itself.

Once you have successfully done this, launching an ICA client configured
with sound turned on, should work automatically.

Haven't tried the local floppy support, as we discourage the use of local
floppy drives for security reasons.
