Joe,

You need option-128 to be e4:45:74:68:00:00
and for option-129, you will need "NIC=ne IO=0xXXX",
where XXX is the IO address that the card has been setup for.

Do not try to use Plug-n-play mode on that card, Linux
won't deal with it.

I usually set my NE2000 cards for IO=0x300.
