My client machine gets the dhcp information correctly, including the
kernel image filename. When the client attempts to read the kernel
image, I get the following message:
Loading 192.168.1.1:/lts/vmlinuz-2.4.9-ltsp-5 ...ALERT: got fragmented
packet - reconfigure your server
The ALERT message repeats a couple dozen times and then I just get the
usual dots '....'
I never get a | or \ character indicating a successful start of the
transfer.
I have verified that the kernel image is readable and I've successfully
tested the tftp transfer of the kernel image file to other machines on
my subnet using the 'tftp' client program. My server machine is
running redhat linux with tftp-server-0.17-9.
Anyone have an idea about how to fix this?
Thanks,
Mike
