that's somehow true, and somehow not:

The install script is NOT modifing 
   /etc/opt/kde2/share/config/kdm/kdmrc
yet.
That was no problem with older Versions of Suse/KDE 
but now XDMCP is disabled by default in 
 /etc/opt/kde2/share/config/kdm/kdmrc
so the terminals will get no login-screen.

KDM
 Newer versions of KDM have a file called kdmrc . Different Linux 
distributions store that file in different locations. For Redhat 7.2, it is 
/etc/kde/kdm/kdmrc. For the other distros, you should run the locate to find 
out where it is stored.

 The entry that controls whether remote workstations can get a login is in 
the [Xdmcp] section. Make sure that the Enable entry is set to true.

and I noticed another bug in the install script:
some fields have [/bin/sh]  instead of [Y] or [N]
