Easy to setup - put strace onto the workstation and add all the libs etc that you need ... BUT IMHO This is as much work and fiddling as doing it from scratch (for a www server that is not common to all of your diskless clients) so see .. http://linux-embedded.com/ and in particular the Paul Moody mini Howto (under FAQ & DOC) I've done this 'diskless boot' and 'boot from DOC', but the flash-ide-disk from disklessworkstations.com would be cheaper/easier.
