I've started using VMWare workstations to tinker. I've gotten them to
run in runlevel 5 with no problems, but when I try to run them at
runlevel 4 the Enter key doesn't seem to work correctly. I get the
message, "Press enter to connect to server," but when I press enter I
see ^M. If I boot the terminal into runlevel 3 and run
/bin/start_telnet it works fine. Does anyone have any suggestions about
how I might fix this?
