Harry,

Did you apply the tips described in the documents at  
http://www.ltsp.org/instructions-3.0.html  and  
http://www.ltsp.org/documentation/ltsp-3.0.0/ltsp-3.0.html  ?

They explain pretty well how dhcpd.conf must be edited to cope 
with version 3.x, ISA nics, option-128 and option-129.
