Shane,
        any unox / linux server will recover the best it can, but you can
expect some data loss and corruption if the power fails when the server is
busy (between sync cycles). if you have power outages, you should consider
using an uniterruptible power supply with a data port that would inform
the server of impending power loss and allow you to decide how to proceed.
the idea is to *not* have power outages. julius
