Glenn,

Half duplex test: put your old hub between your nic and the linksys and you
will have a haf duplex connection between the hub and the switch. I blieve
that verything willpass thru, proving the point that the problems lie in the
speed and the duplex setting.

There is also a software possibility, a google search should provide the
answer there;
