my 486 client, but not so much RAM.
I solved the problem with creating a new kernelimage. The problems were
caused for me by segment0 of the kernel image. If you are interested, I can
send you my segment0, and you could build a new kernelimage and try that.
The alternative is to switch back to the 3.0.1 kernel.
