Hi Carlos,

        I think using a single web browser may help a lot. Opening Opera,
Mozilla and Netscape may waste resources. I experienced some of the
problems you said and I incresed the uptime by forcing every user to use
the same browser.

Perhaps it can help you without having to upgrade software or hardware.
