When people click on the Trash icon it does not open.  If they right
click they can "open with" but the settings do not save because some of
their config files are locked.  However, I am unable to locate the
config file that needs to be unlocked or edited for the Trash icon to be
associated with Konqueror or whatever so that they can view the contents
from the icon on the desktop.
