Hi

I have the problem with my installation of ltsp 3. The server is RedHat
7.2. I am using KDE as desktop. I noticed, that sometimes my terminal
hangs up. It is happening in this way:

Keyboard is not responding
Mouse cursor is visible, moving but no application can get input from it
After switching to text virtual terminal and back, there is only last
active application visible (without KDE status bar etc)
The only way out is ALT+CTRL+BKSPC

I was trying to solve the problem by turning off the usage of font
server, upgrading XServer (for TNT2). No luck. Finally I noticed, that
this problem is connected to DHCPD log entries in server log file (with
MAC and IP addresses not from mys terminal). My DHCPD is 2.0pl5. There
are some Windows workstations in my network (poorly configured) so I
think that these workstations are sending requests to DHCPD. Did anybody
in the list have ever had such problem.

Best regards

Daniel Las
