The LTSP documentation has an example of a set up dhcpd.conf file.  Use that
as a template.  It worked for me.  Do you have a firewall running? Iptables
or ipchains could be blocking the LTSP workstations when you switch the LAN
cards around.  Also, you may need to make sure that the clients are given IP
addresses that are on the same subnet that the network card that they are
connected to is running on.  When you say you put the internet on ETH0, did
you reconfigure the interface, or just swap the cables?
