Yep, You need to flash your bios with etherboot in place of the Novell (RPL) that I suppose you have if you can't boot with the bios set on 'booting from the network'
Download the lastest bios existing for your mortheboard. Edit it : remove the novell part and add the etherboot. Flash your bios.
