I bought 14 last year.  One was dead on arrival, which they replaced,
but it took a couple of weeks.  I've had a total of 4 more stop working
so far.  They're happy to replace them, if you call them up, run down
their checklist, pack up the broken one and send it in. And it only
takes a few weeks to get a replacement.  I doubt I'll buy any more.  At
$200 bucks, their pretty cheap. However, with the frequent problems and
hassle of returning, I'd rather spend a little more and buy from
disklessworkstations.com, or have someone local build a bare pc with a
bootable network card. 

Just my experience.
