Hi Oscar,

I know this is late, but check for thermal instability, server running
out of open file descriptors, maximum number of processes. On the
latter two, check the docs, you have to set a couple of kernel
parameters. Also you may not have enough memory. Server should *never*
be using swap space. Monitor server with top.
