Dinesh, We have a package on the LTSP.org download page called:
XF86_5530.gz It's way down near the bottom, in the Xtras section under 'Jammin-125 files'. While there, you might want to grab the Jammin-125-Modelines.txt file as well. This might help you, because the Jammin-125 from DisklessWorkstations.Com also uses the Geode/MediaGX chipset, and that Xserver works great for that machine, and it might work for yours too. Hope that helps, Jim McQuillan [EMAIL PROTECTED] On Sat, 1 Jun 2002, vcare wrote: > Hello > > Still my query regarding Cyrix Xfree86 Server is Unanswered. > > I have a TAR file for cyrix Geode processor which i found on INternet , > my question is How to Compile and how it can be used with LTSP server. > i had downloaded long back, > Looking at spec of the file , the Xfree86 server supports colordepth of > 16 bit , normal XF86_SVGA on geode processor support only 8 bit, other > advantage is you can use the this X server for gaming also, it has lot > of enhancement specially made for Thin Client Displays. > > Need this very urgently cause , we want to give solution to school which > has around 300 Computers all with geode processors. > > Eagerly waiting for Suggestions. > > Regards > Dinesh > > > > _______________________________________________________________ > > Don't miss the 2002 Sprint PCS Application Developer's Conference > August 25-28 in Las Vegas -- http://devcon.sprintpcs.com/adp/index.cfm > > _____________________________________________________________________ > Ltsp-discuss mailing list.
