Hello all,

I am looking for a way to choose a server from a list of available
servers for terminal services. I know xdm can provide such a service.
I found a web page "gdm_howto.html" that shows what changes to make to
gdm.

"In the gdm.conf ensure that Broadcast=true. Also in the rc.local
script in the /tftpboot/lts/etc/ directory is calling for an -indirect
instead of -query in the 'Build the start_ws script section'. Ex:

Change
echo "/usr/X11R6/bin/${XSERVER} -ac -query ${XDM_SERVER}" >/tmp/start_ws
To this
echo "/usr/X11R6/bin/${XSERVER} -ac -indirect ${XDM_SERVER}"
>/tmp/start_ws"

I made the changes (rc.local located in the /opt/ltsp/i386...)and the
workstation did not boot.

Are there any other files that have to be changed in order to show
multiple servers at login time using gdm?

Thanks

Carlos
