Hi Rafael,
for me it looks like (as you set the XSERVER-entry in the lts.conf on auto)
that you've got video-cards which are based on an S3 chip. Just install the
ltsp-xserver package for S3 and everything should be fine.
It's called somthing like: ltsp_x336_s3-3.0.0-0.i386.rpm (if you are using X
in the version 3).
