Well, minimal could either be considered to be while the client is at the *dm login screen (in which case the bw would be effectively 0) or after login. On my test setup I observed approx 8k after login to a KDE desktop. I believe that most of that was attributable to quiescent NFS traffic. The client wasn't swapping at the time.
