        good thinking, wrong approach. the ltsp printers connected to
terminals are defined as hp jetdirect printers, that is network printers
with the same address as the workstation they are connected to, responding
to port 9100, 91001, 91002, for printer 1, 2 and 3 respectively. they need
to be defined as hp jetdirect printers in the printttool. you *don't* push
data to them at /dev/lpx, because they are not there. julius
